New window. Warrenty replacement excellent service. Was told there would be a trip charge but no estimate given. When done I was charged for one hour labour and 1.5 hour trip charge. When done I was charged for one hour labour and 1.5 hour trip charge. Total price 267inc taxes. Maybe 40min work. If they only need 10 min the charge is still 1hr labour. This was an easy job they should have been able to quote me. Im in a rural area and am used to trip charges but in all my years of repairmen in my house never have paid this much ever and received so little. Beware
