No hidden costs. The day they were to come I got a call a near noon that the truck had broken down. This happens. We rescheduled for three days later. The installer showed up smoking. Didn't like the fact he was smoking but he was super nice, fast, and knew what he was doing. Also, no cigarette butts were left behind. We noticed after he left that the door didn't quite close all the way. We called Doans and he came back right away to fix it. All in all, I would totally recommend and use Doan's again. Thank you!
