On a few occasions the office staff assisted me in rectifying a simple problem over the phone and consequently was saved a service call, I appreciated this as I am a senior on a fixed income. My new garage door is stunning. It compliments my home beautifully. The door I chose has a camera that notifies you if the door is opened or if someone is in your garage. What a great feature. The installation went so smoothly . Very professional. There was an issue with the app for the camera but Doan’s technician came out and rectified the situation perfectly.
