We ordered doors July 2021 costing $15, 361 for double doors. Initial installation of doors and mechanical gear took place Oct 2021. However, we are still waiting for final installation 17 months later as we wait patiently while we call the company weekly trying to secure a date for the final installation. Twice we have been given installation dates, but no show. We are beyond frustrated.

He was pleasant to speak with and went out of his way to explain and suggest upkeep and products to use on the door to keep it looking good and running as it should.

New door looks and works well. Hopefully it should do so for decades as did its predecessor.

I was extremely disappointed with the responsiveness of the overall experience with this company - emails, texts, phone calls - I am not impressed
