We had some back and forth negotiations with Ms. Vella and she handled all our questions with professionalism and quickness so that our doors were installed in a timely manner. The techs that came out to the site were FABULOUS! Doors installed in less than a day, everything works beautifully and we are THRILLED! Highly advise anyone needing garage doors to go and see DOAN's :-)

If you give people a due date to pay invoice you shouldn’t call next day to see when they are coming in to pay. We did pay before due date that was given.

Starting with Stephanie who made sure the right door and opener was ordered to the installers who ensure the door was installed and operated properly to ensuring I was aware how the door opener functioned. Best of all, when they left you wouldn't know they were there except for the new door. Thanks Doan's, excellent job.
