After reviewing the garage and hearing why I was doing it - They recommended that I replace the door - with an insulated door. Wow! the next thing you know - 2 guys on-site - changed everything - and really good guys - I asked too many questions - but they just kept going with the answers... Really good door - Really good work!

I am a bit disappointed that the door sweep was not delivered or installed for the door on the boathouse, and hopefully it will be ordered and installed soon.
I give Aubrey full credit for dealing with a tricky installation of the boathouse door given that the structure is roughly 50 years old and not exactly square. The garage installation was easier since that building is only 40 years old.
