I was expecting someone to come out and look at the job ahead of them and nobody did. This was a surprize for the install crew and caused them to be rather grumpy witch I totally understand. The installer was great at their job but was more interested in my neighbourhood then he was in explaining how the door functioned or what my options were. Room for improvement here.

Took over 60 days to get installed after purchase but that is more relevant to supply and demand during COVID and not Doan's fault.

Otherwise great door at a fair price.
